As a licensed expert in psychotherapy
I am a fully qualified expert in psychotherapy and diagnostic evaluations. I specialize in mood disorders such as depression, and bipolar disorder, as well as patients with anxiety disorders and traumatic experiences.
I am committed to providing warm, expert care to improve my patients’ mental health and well-being.
Get to know me
I have been fortunate to have discovered my life’s passion as a teen in high school through my first psychology class in my junior year. When my two children were in elementary school I was able to set goals for a rewarding career as a psychologist. I spent the next eight years at the University of Colorado at Boulder completing my undergraduate degree followed by a Master’s Degree and Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Clinical Psychology.
I spent the first seven years of my career working in hospital settings as well as private practice where I was privileged to gain experience working with people needing help with long term illness and injury recovery, mental health struggles and problems managing transitions and loss. I have benefitted throughout my career from my years of hospital work as a hospital based clinical psychologist.
